Group Communication Workshop for The Council for the Welfare of Children

As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, AdventGlobal conducted a 3-day Group Communication Workshop (GCW) for CWC (a government agency) at Richville Hotel, Mandaluyong City last May 2007.

The GCW, which was facilitated by Mr. Alexey Rola Cajilig, was attended by 12 participants from CWC, ERDA, PIA and DSWD. The objective of the 3-day activity was to train the participants in effective one-to-group communications. The participants were also introduced to CWC's Bright Child Program.

PSNS Goes to Subic!

Last July 24-26, the Personal Selling and Negotiation Skills (PSNS) Training of AdventGlobal was held at the Courtyard Inn, SBMA. The PSNS Training was facilitated by Mr. Ben Ledesma (AdventGlobal President) and Mr. Alexey Rola Cajilig (Consultant for Training and Research) for Bioseed Research Philippines, Inc.'s 22 product consultants and technical officers assigned in Luzon.

The PSNS adopts a no-nonsense approach to practical selling. It is comprised of 80% workshop and role plays, and is a proven sales tool the world over.

This is the third PSNS conducted for Bioseed. AdventGlobal and Bioseed is already in the process of finalizing the modules and schedules for the next round of activities - Leadership Training (August), Strategic Visioning Workshop (September), Group Communication Workshop (November).
